MTG Draft Companion

MTG Draft Companion ("the app") is a companion app for Magic: The Gathering draft nights, developed by Koczan Craft ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the app handles, why, and the choices you have. By using the app you agree to it.

We do not collect your precise location, contacts, or photos. The usage analytics in §5 are used in aggregate to improve the app — we do not sell your data.
You can create an account with an email and password, or sign in with your Google or Apple account. That provider authenticates you and shares your email address (and, for Apple, optionally a name); we never receive your Google or Apple password.
Guest access: you can browse cards and sets without an account. In guest mode we do not collect account data such as your email address, display name, or group content. Analytics, diagnostics, and advertising data may still be processed as described in §5. An account is only required for group features — drafts, matches, decks, rankings, and the life counter.
Gameplay data is visible only to members of the group it belongs to, enforced by server-side security rules — not just hidden in the app. Nothing you create is public. Match history you took part in remains part of your group's shared record even if you leave or delete your account, but is no longer linked to a usable account.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the app is used — which features and screens are popular, crash and diagnostic information, and aggregate statistics such as active users and retention. This is tied to an app-instance identifier, used in aggregate to improve the app, and not sold.
Advertising. The app is free and supported by advertising through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect a device advertising identifier and limited device and ad-interaction information to deliver, cap, and measure ads.
Google's handling of ad data is described at policies.google.com/technologies/ads. We do not sell your personal data.
Downloaded card lists and images are cached on your device only so the app works at the table without internet. You can remove them per set in the Sets tab or by deleting the app. Group data is also cached locally for offline use and cleared on sign-out.
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
The app and its developer are based in Japan; data is stored on Google Firebase servers (primarily the Tokyo region). By using the app you consent to processing of your data as described here.

MTG Draft Companion（以下「本アプリ」）は、マジック：ザ・ギャザリングのドラフト用 コンパニオンアプリであり、Koczan Craft（以下「当方」）が開発・提供しています。 本ポリシーは、本アプリが取り扱うデータの内容・目的・お客様の選択肢について説明します。 本アプリのご利用をもって、本ポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。

当方は、正確な位置情報・連絡先・写真を収集しません。第5項の 利用解析は、アプリ改善のために集計データとして利用するものであり、お客様のデータを販売することは ありません。
メールアドレスとパスワードでアカウントを作成するか、Google または Apple アカウントでサインインできます。各プロバイダが認証を行い、メールアドレス （Appleの場合は任意で氏名）を共有します。お客様のGoogle・Appleのパスワードを当方が受け取ることは ありません。
ゲストアクセス：アカウントなしでカードやセットを閲覧できます。ゲストモードでは、 メールアドレス・表示名・グループ内コンテンツといったアカウントデータは収集しません。ただし、解析・ 診断・広告に関するデータは第5項に記載のとおり処理される場合があります。アカウントが必要なのは、 ドラフト・対戦・デッキ・ランキング・ライフカウンターといったグループ機能のみです。
ゲームプレイに関するデータは、そのデータが属するグループのメンバーのみが閲覧でき、 アプリ上で非表示にしているだけでなく、サーバー側のセキュリティルールによって強制されています。 お客様が作成したものが一般公開されることはありません。お客様が参加した対戦履歴は、グループ退会後や アカウント削除後もグループの共有記録として残りますが、利用可能なアカウントとは紐付かなくなります。
解析。当方は Google Analytics for Firebase を使用し、 どの機能・画面がよく使われているか、クラッシュ・診断情報、アクティブユーザー数や継続率といった 集計統計など、アプリの利用状況を把握します。これはアプリインスタンス識別子に紐付き、集計データとして アプリの改善に利用され、販売されることはありません。
広告。本アプリは無料で、Google AdMob による広告で 支えられています。AdMobは、広告の 配信・表示回数の制御・効果測定のために、端末の広告識別子や限定的な端末・広告操作情報を収集する場合が あります。
Googleによる広告データの取り扱いは policies.google.com/technologies/ads に記載されています。当方がお客様の個人データを販売することはありません。
ダウンロードしたカードリストや画像は、インターネットがない環境でも動作するよう お客様の端末にのみキャッシュされます。Setsタブからセット単位で削除するか、アプリを 削除することで消去できます。グループデータもオフライン利用のため端末内にキャッシュされ、サインアウト 時に消去されます。
本アプリは13歳未満の児童を対象としておらず、13歳未満の児童から故意に個人データを収集することは ありません。児童がデータを提供したと思われる場合はご連絡ください。速やかに削除します。
本アプリおよび開発者は日本に所在し、データはGoogle Firebaseのサーバー（主に東京リージョン）に 保存されます。本アプリのご利用をもって、本ポリシーに記載のとおりデータが処理されることに同意したものと みなされます。
